Reiki 


Reiki is a gentle art of energetic touch that promotes healing by activating the parasympathetic nervous system to relax and help support and heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body.  


Reiki comes from two Japanese words . Rei and Ki.

  • In Reiki you will learn what it is and how it works, the history of Reiki, chakras how to do Reiki on yourself and others, as well as how to work in a group Reiki session.


  • In Reiki II, participants learn how to send Reiki to people not present (absentee or distant healing). Participants also learn the Reiki symbols: how to draw them, speak their sacred names, and how to use them.


  • Reiki III is typically broken up into two parts. I have seen it as level III A and level III B, or Advanced Reiki Training and Master Training. In these levels, advanced techniques and symbols are taught. Participants learn sacred techniques to help maintain high levels of energy in their body, as well as techniques that work on deeper levels of their clients' bodies. In Master Training, participants learn how to give attunements for all levels and how to teach Reiki classes.
